How do I order an outfit I like?
Select from the 100s of outfits from our website, select your dates and reserve the outfit at checkout. Our team will then contact you on whatsapp for final order confirmation.
How many days can I keep my outfit and when can I exchange for a new one?
Max rental duration is 4-7 days for shaadi formals and bridal wear. 1 Exchange of dress is allowed in case of sizing issue. Contact our whatsapp team atleast 2 days prior to event so we can manage a replacement.
Should I wash or dry clean before I send back?
No need to do any kind of laundry, we will take care of it. All outfits you order come dry cleaned and packaged to you, simply return them as it is. Ladies, one thing to note, make sure to take good care of them as this budget friendly ecosystem only works when you take good care of the outfit so the others can wear outfits just as good as they arrived to you.
The outfit/garment I wish to order is not available currently, why is this and how long shall I wait to order?
If your desired outfit is currently unavailable that means, someone else already ordered that outfit and that garment is with them. Each customer has a 4-7 day time period for keeping that outfit. Once the outfit is returned to us, it will go through a strict dry cleaning process. Once ready, the outfit will be back live at our website available to order. If you wish to place an order for any unavailable outfits, you can contact our whatsapp team to prebook.
Are the outfits pre-loved and degraded?
As this is a shared ecosystem our platform has created, outfits you order are constantly in a circular cycle, moving from person to person. But fear not, we know how important it is to make sure each outfit you love and wear is thoroughly dry cleaned, stitched up where needed and sent to you in a brand new packaging. Any outfit that is deemed worn out will be immediately shifted to our clearance sales section, where people can buy them at extremely high discounted rates. Never will we send you any worn out outfit, our whole ecosystem makes sure each outfit you receive come to you as if brand new.
Do I need to go to courier outlet to return the outfit?
- There is no need to go anywhere. Our courier rider will come to your address for reverse pickups and replacements. Our system is hassle free.
How do I order the correct size?
Ladies we know sizing is a big issue for everyone when ordering online, before ordering your outfit, kindly look at the actual sizing of the dress. Each and every measurement is provided on our website in inches and centimeters. If you are not sure about the size, measure your own measurements against the sizing of the outfit. If still you are not sure, you can contact our customer support for assistance.
When will I be delivered the outfits?
Delivery will be 2-3 working days. You can track your order via the link provided by our partner courier service.
